Fantastic October Family Lunch
We went to the Babbacombe Bay Cafe for lunch yesterday. It was the first time I had been but we have already booked to go again. The ambience was stylish and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing. Between our group we had the bacon and brie sandwiches which were perhaps the best we have ever had, the chicken strippers were to die for, the focaccia fish sandwich got rave reviews and the soup was thick and delicious. We watched what other diners had too and every meal looked fantastic. There was a range of soft drinks too. The apple and elderflower could be recommended. All in all we had a memorable lunch. I can't recommend Babbacombe Bay Cafe highly enough. The breakfast was absolutely delicious: generously portioned, cooked to order and piping hot, with fresh ingredients and real care on the plate. Every mouthful hit the spot. The service was first class from start to finish. The team were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, and everything arrived promptly without any sense of being rushed. It's the kind of friendly, professional service that makes you feel looked after. Add the lovely Babbacombe setting and you have the perfect way to start the day. Incredible, delicious, 10/10!
My partner and I visited this weekend, and couldn’t believe the quality, presentation& absolute deliciousness of the food! It was so good that we went back 2 days in a row and tried new dishes, that were also incredible. Consistency, high quality & a real luxury feel at a very fair price! An absolute gem of a place
What an amazing place. The staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was amazing the atmosphere of the whole cafe was first class. Not only was the food super delicious it was great value. I have allergies and they couldn’t to enough to cater for me. The cafe was ideally located on the front over looking the sea. Amazing stop for us again, we cycled from Exeter, knowing the great smiles and service we would get when we arrived kept us going up those tough climbs.
